What we do
Method runs two practices. Gr.owth takes on the commercial side of a business — strategy, marketing and sales — and works them as one rather than as three separate briefs, because a sales problem is rarely only a sales problem. Hr.esources takes on the people side: a fully managed HR function for businesses that would rather not build one internally, and structured recruitment when a role needs the right person in it. Each can be engaged on its own. Together they cover most of what actually stops a business from growing — either it is not selling well enough, or it is not staffed to deliver what it sells.
